Complaints Procedure If you have a complaint that arises at any stage in your contact with Fresh Futures, please either write to or telephone the Programme Leader at the Fresh Futures office in Glasgow (details below). You should complain immediately and not wait until you have heard the result of your grant application. Any complaint made will not have a negative impact on the success of your application.
